About the workplace

The home care consists of eight workgroups where nursing assistants and care staff collaborate to provide support to users in their daily lives. Our service assistants are a central part of this work and contribute with service efforts in the home – something that makes a significant difference for both users and colleagues.

Here, you are involved, engaged, and help shape the daily work based on the needs that exist. Your work directly contributes to creating a safe and functioning everyday life for our users.

Job responsibilities

As a service assistant, you provide support in the form of practical service efforts in users' homes. You will, among other things:

• Perform cleaning and laundry tasks

• Assist in planning and executing digital purchases

• Pick up and deliver pharmacy items/packages

• Work according to the organization's routines throughout the municipality

This is a varied job where you get to move a lot, meet many different people, and truly see the value of your contributions.

Working hours: Daytime Monday–Friday from 07:30 to 16:30 (flexible working hours)

Employment rate: 75–100 %

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is responsible, service-oriented, and enjoys creating structure and order. You meet people with warmth and respect and find it easy to collaborate and communicate.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Swedish

• Good physical ability

• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Experience in care or nursing work

• Service experience

• Completed high school education

Driver's license

A B driver's license is required.

Start date: 260401 or by agreement
