Job Description

Do you have experience in mechanical work, soldering, and want to take the next step in your career? We are now helping our client in Vellinge, a technology company in monitoring and security solutions, to find their next assembler. This is a direct recruitment, which means that Randstad is responsible for the recruitment process, but you will be employed directly by the client company.

Responsibilities

As an assembler, you will work with the entire production chain. You will work in modern facilities with a focus on both mechanics and electronics.

Your main tasks include:

  • Mechanical assembly of lids, bases, and packaging.
  • Technical work such as cabling, light workshop work, and soldering.
  • Independent programming of circuit boards (after training).
  • Quality assurance through incoming inspections and final inspections of goods.
  • Administration and material handling in the business system Monitor.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is practical, meticulous, and enjoys a role where finish and quality are highly valued. Since the position involves personal responsibility and technical understanding, we prefer a stable person with a few years of work experience.

To thrive in the role, we see that you have experience in:

  • Working with machines or workshop work.
  • Basic knowledge of soldering (experience with circuit boards is an advantage).
  • Good ability to read and understand technical instructions in Swedish.
  • A positive attitude and good behavior towards both colleagues and the company.
  • Experience working in business systems (advantageous if you have worked in Monitor).
