CNC Operator Wanted – Lathe & Milling with CAD/CAM Knowledge

Ikett Personalpartner is currently seeking experienced CNC operators for assignments with our clients in the manufacturing industry. The positions are available in several locations and may lead to long-term employment with the client.

About the Position:

As a CNC operator, you will work with both manual and CNC-controlled lathes and mills. The job includes setup, programming, operation, and quality control of parts. You are also expected to program in CAD/CAM systems and contribute to improvements in production and processes.

Responsibilities:

Programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and CNC mills
Working with manual lathes and mills
Programming in CAD/CAM software
Reading technical drawings and measurement techniques
Ongoing quality control
Troubleshooting and basic maintenance of machines

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience as a CNC operator
Is skilled in both lathe and milling, manual and CNC
Has knowledge of CAD/CAM programming
Can read and interpret technical drawings
Works meticulously, independently, and with a focus on quality
Has good teamwork skills and is solution-oriented
