ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now looking for Process Operators with industrial experience, technical interest, and a strong safety mindset for our Distillery in Nöbbelöv. As a Process Operator, you will control, monitor, and analyze the production process – both on-site and from the control room. You will also perform sampling and operational analyses in a laboratory environment. The work is full-time and conducted in shifts according to a continuous five-shift schedule with twelve-hour shifts.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the facility operates according to instructions and guidelines
- Monitoring process steps and equipment
- Conducting rounds according to protocols for process, safety, and environment
- Ensuring resource-efficient operations
- Competence development in consultation with your immediate supervisor
- Contributing to improvement work and problem-solving
ABOUT YOU
To succeed in the role of Process Operator with us, we see that you:
- Have a process technology high school education and preferably experience from working in a process environment, especially with flammable substances and automated systems.
- Are responsible, collaborative, and flexible. You have a drive to learn new things and develop in your role.
- Have a strong safety mindset and want to contribute to a safe and sustainable work environment. We believe you see opportunities to grow within the organization by taking on greater responsibilities over time.
- A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement for the position.
