About the Company

We are currently looking for two machine operators with industrial experience and good forklift skills for one of our clients just outside Hässleholm.

Your Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the machine operator include monitoring production, ensuring that the correct products are manufactured with the right quality, replenishing materials, and inspecting the final product. The production is mostly automated, products are mixed with different recipes, and controlled via computers, but manual tasks occur, such as operator maintenance on the equipment and cleaning.

The work environment in the factory can be both noisy and dusty.

As an operator, you will also drive a forklift daily to supply the machines with materials and store packaged products in the correct warehouse location.

The work is done in small teams of 3-5 people.

Your Background/Your Qualities

Applicants for this position should have an industrial background, possibly having previously worked as a machine operator in some form of manufacturing process. You are computer literate and can quickly learn new systems to work in. Since recipes are followed in the production of the products, we require that you can read, write, and speak Swedish fluently.

As a person, you are meticulous, helpful, persistent, and enjoy getting involved. You contribute to a good atmosphere in the team and want to succeed in achieving set goals together with your colleagues.

A B driver's license, access to a car, and a forklift license with categories A + B are absolute requirements for this position.

The work is located at one of our industrial clients just outside Hässleholm. Working hours are during the day or alternatively in two shifts. The employment is initially a fixed-term position with Wikan Personal, but the ambition is long-term, with the intention that the employment will eventually transition to the client's management.
