We are looking for receptionists for Skellefteå Camping and Byske Havsbad – two of our most appreciated destinations. Here, you will have a summer job that places you at the center of the guests' experience, where each day brings new encounters and events.

YOUR ROLE

The reception is the heart of the campsite – it is where the guest begins and ends their stay. Your role will therefore be crucial to how well we succeed and what feeling the guest takes with them. You will work with check-ins and check-outs, bookings via email and phone, cash handling, and tourist information. You are also the person guests turn to with questions and requests, which requires you to have good knowledge of both the campsite and the surrounding area.

We are looking for summer receptionists to support regular staff during the summer season. The work is scheduled up to 100% and includes evening and weekend shifts. The period extends from June 15 to August 16 (W25-W3).

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

To succeed in this role, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a B driver's license. You are fluent in Swedish and English, as you will communicate daily with guests from various parts of the world. We prefer candidates with experience in service roles – and it is a plus if you have previously worked in a reception.

As a person, you are engaged, solution-oriented, and accommodating. You have good judgment and act steadily even when the pace is high. Since you work in a team, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy providing service and building good relationships.
