Job Responsibilities

Working as a unit manager within Falu municipality's care administration is an exciting challenge where you get the opportunity to take on a dynamic and varied job. You work in accordance with legislation, guidelines, and other governing documents as a basis for leading the operations and within given financial frameworks so that our customers and users receive good care with high quality. Your role includes operational and personnel responsibility.

Qualifications

The following is required for the role:

• Ongoing or completed university education from the social work program or other higher education that the employer deems suitable for the assignment
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Good computer skills and IT maturity
• Driver's license (B) is required in certain operations

We see that you are a secure and stable person who collaborates well with others and enjoys responsibility and working towards set goals. In communication with others, you are attentive and clear. You have the ability to prioritize and know when to ask for advice and support. Furthermore, you have a strong commitment to the assignment and a user focus.

Employment Conditions

The positions are fixed-term full-time employment with a start date according to agreement until the end of the holiday period.
