Workplace: Västerås

Duration: Full-time night shift, permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.

Start date: By agreement

The advertisement is aimed at an international English-speaking customer in Västerås.

We work closely with our customer who has high demands on our delivery and execution of services, while this is an exciting and challenging assignment. You will work together with the customer, visitors, and contractors in the daily operations where the focus on service and physical security is the highest priority. An interest in technology and good Swedish & English in spoken and written form is a requirement.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high service and is responsible, self-driven, and used to taking initiative. You should enjoy working independently as well as in a team. We prefer that structuring, solution-oriented thinking, and flexibility come naturally to you. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Our requirements for this position are that you must:

• be of legal age and have no criminal record*, according to FAP 573-2
• be drug-free
• have a high school diploma
• have good Swedish & English in spoken and written form
• have good health and physical fitness
• have a stable economy
• have a B driver's license

Preferred qualifications:

• security guard training (VU1 + VU2)
• group leader training or equivalent leadership training
• CPR training

If you have the right profile for Avarn and you proceed in the process but do not already have the required training (VU1, VU2), we will cover your training! Security guard training (VU1, 9 days) is conducted at BYA, the Security Industry's Occupational and Work Environment Board. Participation in this is a prerequisite for employment.

Tests will be applied in the recruitment process.
