INTRODUCTION
An opportunity to be responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of simulators for the Armed Forces.
We are looking for a project manager with strong drive and commitment. You are social, communicative, and have good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are methodical, structured, and capable of taking responsibility in complex delivery environments.
 
ASSIGNMENT
As a project manager, you will be part of a team that develops and maintains simulators and training systems for the Armed Forces. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and ensure timely deliveries within budget and with quality. You will lead a team of experienced system developers at our office in Helsingborg.

·         Responsible for delivery according to goals for time, budget, and quality

·         Plan, prioritize, and execute activities

·         Responsible for purchasing hardware and software

·         Coordinate activities with other projects

·         Plan, follow up, and report costs

·         Produce documentation such as plans, materials, reports, and manuals

·         Handle incoming support requests

·         Responsible for configuration management and license management

 

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education and experience in project management within technology, IT, or security.

You have an understanding of software projects and agile methods.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

 

Additionally, it is advantageous if you have experience in the following areas:

Officer in the Armed Forces or other military training

Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent)

Customer support using Helpdesk systems

 

 

PERSONALITY

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone motivated by structure, security, communication, and coordination. You see what needs to be done and drive the project forward. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, so it is important that you have good teamwork skills.

 

 

EMPLOYMENT

This is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. The workplace is the office in Helsingborg (Central Station). Our employees have the opportunity for hybrid work with flexible hours, working from home, and remote work.

Swedish citizenship is a requirement, as employment involves work on projects for the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration and at the Armed Forces' training areas and training sites. We have high demands for security and confidentiality awareness.
