At Martin & Servera, we deliver food, beverages, and services to restaurants and large kitchens across Sweden. We are now expanding our team with another specialist in wine, spirits, and beer (WSB). The sales work is about long-term and developing customer relationships where you, with your expertise in wine, spirits, and beer, will guide our customers in their businesses. With care for the customers and knowledge of their everyday lives, you strengthen and broaden their businesses, both in the long and short term. You will also become part of a strong internal community where we work together and support each other.

A varied everyday life.

You secure our expertise in wine, spirits, and beer and support the local sales work. You create sales opportunities by proactively establishing a processing plan for our existing customers, but also by, for example, marketing current offers, supporting colleagues in sales, and taking responsibility for achieving our goals for both the specialist area and customer satisfaction. With us, you will have an eventful and varied everyday life. You work from home but belong to our office in Enköping. You will work in a large geographical area, sales area Mitt (Uppland, Västmanland, Dalarna, Gästrikland). Working hours are mainly weekdays, but evening and some weekends may occur.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have

• A great interest in people and are good at building good relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
• A post-secondary education and experience working in CRM is an advantage.
• A sommelier education is an advantage.
• Experience from previous work in sales, and if you have experience in B2B, it is an advantage.
• A driving license (B) is a requirement for the role.
