We are a small unit with good cohesion, where we are more than happy to share our knowledge with each other. Capio Rehab Saltsjöbaden is a unit that is part of a larger business area within Capio: Elderly and Mobile Care.

Your role

As a physiotherapist at Capio Rehab Saltsjöbaden, you will work in a team with several other physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, dietitians, and social workers. Your job consists of helping patients return home and, to the extent possible, achieve independence through daily training - either individually or in groups. We consider each patient's unique needs and goals, and our daily work is based on this.

We have clear and well-developed routines to facilitate your daily work with us, but we are also open to changes and welcome your contributions with your knowledge and experience.

Each patient is assessed individually, where we determine their needs and goals. Training is then conducted either individually or in groups. For individual training, we place great trust in you as a physiotherapist and believe that you know what is best for the patient to achieve success.

Your role as a physiotherapist also includes ensuring a safe discharge for the patient through assistive device assessment, testing, and prescription. If necessary, reporting to primary care rehabilitation.

Individual work schedule of four weeks, with weekend work occurring every fourth weekend. We encourage you to send an application so we can tell you more about the position.

We are looking for substitutes for the summer of 2026, weeks 26 - 34.

Full or part-time as agreed.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist with an interest in active rehabilitation, preferably with experience, but we also welcome you who are newly graduated.

We offer an individual introduction over two weeks where you will gain a foundation in working with us both as a physiotherapist and insight into how other professional categories work, so that you can do your best for our patients.
