Self-Driven Service Technician Wanted at E-Tron AB

E-Tron AB is a service and sales company in the electric vehicle industry that is constantly developing and growing organically. The company has 10 employees and we have loyal customers and service agreements in Greater Stockholm with, among others, housing companies, industries, and cemeteries as our main customers. We are strongly committed to the environment and work consistently with sustainable development, believing that electric vehicles are an important piece of the puzzle for a climate-smart society.

We now need to strengthen our team with an additional service technician.

As a service technician with us, you will have access to a service vehicle, your own tools, and a dedicated workspace in the workshop with a vehicle lift. Many repairs and services are performed on-site at the customer's location. You will largely work independently under the motto: great freedom under your own responsibility. A popular aspect of the job is the variety of working both on-site with customers and in our workshop.

We see our employees as the most important resource in the company, and our goal is for you to want to develop and thrive with us. We care about maintaining a good atmosphere in the workplace so that everyone feels comfortable.

In the role of self-driven Service Technician, you will:

  • Perform troubleshooting, service, and repairs on smaller electric work vehicles, both on-site at the customer and in the workshop
  • Equip new vehicles with customized additions for sale
  • Have a lot of customer contact and act as the face of the company and our products
  • Document your work continuously

You will have a varied everyday life where, for example, you work with simpler service tasks at the customer's location in the morning and then come into the workshop to work on other repairs in the afternoon.

Together with vehicle manufacturers in Europe, we have developed a series of 100% electric work vehicles and transport vehicles for the Nordic market with a focus on work environment, safety, and sustainability. As a service technician, you will receive training for this vehicle as well as other electric vehicles we work with.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a vehicle mechanic/truck mechanic or technical education in vehicle technology
  • B - Driving license
  • Good computer skills – as both troubleshooting & reporting are done via computer
  • Swedish in speech and writing – as you will have daily customer contact and need to document your work continuously

We are looking for someone who:

Has high social competence – as you will have business-critical interactions with customers daily, you should simply be E-Tron's face to the outside world.

Is self-driven – as you will have a lot of responsibility & freedom, it is important that you can drive your work forward and participate in planning your workday.

Possesses qualities we highly value: a positive outlook on life, loyalty to the company and your colleagues, and seeing all customers as an asset.

Other:

Start: Immediately

Working hours: Mon-Thu: 7-16, Fri: 7-15.

Location: You will start each day from the workshop in Tumba, but will work both on-site with customers and at the workshop.

Employment type: Full-time permanent, 6-month probationary period.

All employees are offered occupational pension and insurance through Fora.

Applications are ONLY accepted via email: [email protected]

Does this sound like an exciting challenge for you? We look forward to your application.
