Summer Temp Positions at Stora Coop Torp, Uddevalla

We are currently seeking summer temp workers for our deli at Stora Coop Torp, Uddevalla. We want applicants who have a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, who can see the customer's needs and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and willing to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You thrive on challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

In your role, you will work with common tasks in a store. Your absolute focus will be on the deli where you will be an important part of the store's operations, and therefore we are looking for someone who feels compelled to ensure that customers receive the industry's best service and that the deli always maintains the highest quality. It is therefore important that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in retail, specifically in a deli and checkout (ATG, Svenska Spel), is preferred, but personal suitability is equally important to us.

The positions are summer temp jobs on a part-time basis during the period of June to August. Working hours vary between days, evenings, and weekends. Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.

• - You must be at least 18 years old as you need to work independently at the checkout
• - Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required
• - Previous experience in a deli is an advantage
• - Training in Svenska Spel/ATG is highly meritorious
