We are currently seeking summer substitutes for our bakery at Stora Coop Torp, Uddevalla. We want you, as an applicant, to have a genuine interest in food, as well as a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious. We expect you to easily recognize customer needs and deliver the best customer service in the industry with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and willing to suggest ideas, and you work well in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have the desire to continuously develop and improve both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will primarily involve working in our bakery, but we all help out in the store, and other common store tasks may also occur. Customers should always be greeted by a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-class service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in a bakery is a requirement to be considered for the position, but it is equally important that we find the right person for the job.

The positions are summer substitutes on a part-time basis during the period of June to August. Recruitment is ongoing, and the positions may be filled before the application deadline.
