Your Daily Life as a School Nurse

Working as a school nurse is a varied job where you work with promoting and preventive health work at the school, group, and individual level. You work together with the school's student health team to create the best conditions for promoting students' mental, physical, and social development. In your daily work, you conduct health examinations, vaccinations, and health conversations with students to strengthen their health and learning.

As a school nurse at Nils Ericson High School and Birger Sjöberg High School, you will be part of the student health teams and are expected to contribute to the development of student health work. For us, the work of the teams is central, and we focus on seeing opportunities rather than obstacles.

Qualifications

• You are a licensed nurse with further education as a pediatric nurse, district nurse, and/or school nurse-specific higher education with vaccination authorization.

Meritorious

• Experience from a similar position
• Experience working with youth
• Experience with documentation systems

• The position is split between two units, Nils Ericson High School in Trollhättan and Birger Sjöberg High School in Vänersborg. According to agreement
