We are an established business that is now starting a new workshop in a new location. For this initiative, we are looking for a bus mechanic who wants to be involved from the beginning, contribute with their expertise, and together with colleagues build a modern, well-functioning workshop.

The role

As an important part of the team, you will work to ensure that our buses meet the highest standards and that our customers receive safe and reliable transport. You will be part of a professional team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life.

Your work will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing buses
• Service and preventive maintenance
• Working with both mechanical and electrical systems (experience with electrical work is an advantage)
• Ensuring that vehicles meet high quality and safety standards
• Collaboration with colleagues for an efficient and smooth workflow

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified vehicle technician
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Has experience in the automotive industry

Experience as a bus mechanic is an advantage, but if you have worked with passenger cars and have a strong interest in developing within heavy vehicles, you are warmly welcome to apply. We offer ongoing professional development and good opportunities to grow in the role.

To succeed in this position, you need to have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written
• Category B driving license

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience with diagnostic systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems or electrical work
• Category C or D driving license
