About the Position

Do you want to work in an international and dynamic environment where you can contribute to driving projects, processes, and material flows forward? We are now looking for employees for upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. The assignments may include roles such as project manager, project coordinator, material planner, operational purchaser, or similar functions. Since this is a general advertisement for future needs, the tasks may vary depending on the role. You may work with:

Project Management and Change Work

  • Coordinating project activities and ensuring delivery according to schedule, budget, and quality
  • Supporting project managers with documentation, reporting, and follow-up
  • Driving change initiatives and implementing new working methods

Purchasing and Material Planning

  • Operational purchasing and follow-up of deliveries
  • Planning of material resources and handling of ERP systems (SAP is a merit)
  • Inventory work and optimization of stock balances

Logistics and Delivery Coordination

  • Planning and arranging outgoing deliveries
  • Handling freight documentation and coordinating with customers
  • Ensuring traceability and quality requirements in material flows

Your role and focus will be adapted based on the assignment's needs and your skills. The assignment period may vary, but typically the employment begins with a probationary period of 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person.

About You

We are looking for someone who is structured and meticulous in their work approach. You are responsible and used to taking your own initiatives while effectively collaborating with others. Additionally, you are communicative with a positive attitude. We particularly appreciate if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in areas such as project management, change work, purchasing, and/or resource planning.
  • Have an understanding of work within industrial manufacturing.
  • Are familiar with MS Office and preferably have experience with ERP systems (SAP is a merit).
  • Have a good ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
