Are you a creative and experienced designer interested in web design and e-commerce, looking to strengthen our brand while developing together with us?

Job Description:

Design and produce printed materials/brochures/marketing materials for the group based on our graphic profile. Write and/or edit and proofread texts for print/web. Design and produce web materials. Edit and adapt images in image processing software. Create visually appealing materials and write engaging texts based on our e-commerce platform.

Participate in daily tasks of picking and packing customer orders. Receive deliveries and register products in the system.

Organize the warehouse and restock items. Create shipping labels and manage transportation. Handle basic warehouse administration. Ensure regular checks of product handling, pricing, and inventory tracking.

Create and implement strategies to manage and develop the e-commerce platform.

Conduct work on website optimization (e.g., SEO) and other digital marketing tactics. Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.

Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies to increase conversion rates. Analyze data and make continuous improvements.

Conduct work on graphic design for the website, product presentations, and any promotional products.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in graphic design and digital marketing or related field.

Proficient in Adobe software.

High service level and ability to collaborate and build good relationships internally, with customers, and with partners. Higher education in graphic design and proficient user of all Adobe programs.

Able to think analytically and solution-oriented, focusing on both details and the big picture.

Good communication skills and ability to work in teams as well as independently.

Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Developed creativity, open to innovations.

Interest in web design and e-commerce.

Preferred:

Social media marketing - post-secondary education and experience.

SEO and keyword analysis - post-secondary education and experience.

Solid knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
