Production Technician – Cleanroom & Advanced Microproduction

APR Technologies develops and manufactures advanced thermal solutions for high-demand applications in space, electronics, and energy. We are in an exciting phase where our production is growing and industrializing — and we are now looking for a Production Technician who wants to help build the production processes of the future.

About the role

You will work operationally in a cleanroom environment with manufacturing, assembly, and process work in initially small series that are gradually scaled up. The role combines practical work with improvement work, where you will help develop routines, work instructions, and sustainable processes together with colleagues in production and development.

Your responsibilities

• Work in cleanroom manufacturing
• Follow and improve production processes
• Document work instructions and processes
• Troubleshoot and suggest improvements to manufacturing steps
• Participate in the introduction of new equipment
• Contribute to order, quality, and safety in production

We are looking for someone who

• Has a technical education at the high school level or equivalent practical experience
• Has a few years of experience in practical production, process, or technical work
• Has worked in a cleanroom or similar controlled environment
• Is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys practical work
• Can work independently but also in a team

Meritorious

• Experience with micro-/MEMS- or semiconductor processes
• Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement
• Industrialization or scaling up of production
