About the position

Our technical service can be likened to customer service, meaning you will assist our customers in the Lagershop with returns, service matters, and complaints. Since you are the face of the company, you need to be service-oriented and passionate about providing customers with the best service together with your colleagues in the Lagershop. Other tasks such as sales, cash handling, and inventory management are also included, although your focus will be on technical service.

You don’t need to be a tech expert, but curiosity and a willingness to learn more about our products are important. You will also have the opportunity to develop your troubleshooting skills on the products you handle. We offer an exciting job together with a fantastic team in the Lagershop.

Who are we looking for?

• Work experience in a service role and/or retail sales
• Experience with complaints is an advantage
• Interest in learning about our products
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You must be at least 18 years old to work with us

You are a calm person with the drive and desire to get things done with good results. Your friends describe you as organized and responsible, and you are someone who always asks, “How can I help?” even when the pace is high. The work is done together with colleagues in the Lagershop, and helping each other to solve the day's tasks is obvious to you. As a person, you are also positive and contribute to a great team spirit.
