JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a sales associate for our store in Emporia in Malmö.

Your main task is to sell by ensuring the world's best customer experience by always thinking about service and customer satisfaction in every moment. In addition to sales work, you will ensure that all shelves are well-stocked, that the products are well-positioned, cleaning the store, unpacking goods, responding to customer emails, and packing E-orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented and has a conscious desire to sell, with a strong service spirit and who is accommodating and flexible, as well as having a sense of responsibility for the store's condition and order. A burning interest in jewelry/watches is essential. Since our store represents many of the leading jewelry manufacturers, we place great importance on the ability to deepen product knowledge, materials, manufacturing, and names of collections.

You enjoy meeting people, selling, and providing good service in a fast-paced environment, and understand the importance of good customer interaction and service.

We would like you to be computer literate and you will sometimes need to speak English with customers, so we hope you are comfortable with that.

Working hours are weekdays and weekends, including evenings.

Previous retail experience is an advantage.

This position is a full-time position.
