We are looking for several new colleagues to join our Housekeeping Team!

We are looking for a Housekeeper who shares our passion for cleaning and creating cozy environments. Your role as a Housekeeper is crucial for our guests to feel that MJ'S is the obvious choice when they visit Malmö – a place they want to come back to again and again. With us, you play a key role in ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile and looks forward to their next visit.

In the role of Housekeeper at MJ'S, you are an important part of our success. Your careful and attentive work directly contributes to the guests' experience and makes them want to come back to us. You create not only clean and welcoming rooms – you create memories and regular guests. By being passionate about order and cleaning, you ensure that every detail is in place and that our guests feel welcome and taken care of from the very first moment.

What can a day look like?

A typical day consists of thoroughly cleaning hotel rooms and ensuring they are in perfect condition for the next guest. You work methodically to ensure that each room meets our high standards and find joy in creating an inviting atmosphere that gives guests a positive experience. Additionally, you support and receive support from your colleagues within the team – we work together to ensure that the entire hotel maintains the highest level. At MJ'S, we clean approximately 2-2.4 rooms per hour.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning hotel rooms and common areas

• Maintaining a high standard that makes guests want to return

• Collaborating closely with colleagues in Housekeeping to ensure that the hotel is always in top condition

About the position

We offer a position where you primarily work on weekends and extra as needed, with immediate start. It is a perfect opportunity for you who may be studying and want to have a job on the side.

Employment form:

Employment on a casual basis, work scheduled during the day on weekends and weekdays.

Start and salary: Salary according to collective agreement and immediate start.

Since the job involves early morning work and short notice for work, we see that you live close to Malmö.

In addition, we believe you need:

• Previous experience in hotel cleaning

• An eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Good teamwork skills – you are a team player

• Flexibility and problem-solving ability

• The ability to communicate in English

About the process:

We will be calling for interviews on an ongoing basis, the last application date is 2/2.
