Together with colleagues in the unit, you will take on the role of property owner and be responsible for developing and streamlining the municipality's local supply.
Responsibilities
We work closely with municipal operations to ensure that their premises are suitable, sustainable, and cost-effective. You will have ongoing contact with our tenants and ensure that the premises meet regulatory requirements and the needs of the operations.

Your financial work contributes to ensuring sustainable and efficient resource use within the municipality.
We are looking for someone who is driven and responsible with a structured working method. You thrive in a role where you independently drive your work forward while also being able to work easily in a team.
In your role, you will have many points of contact, both within and outside the municipality. Therefore, it is important that you communicate easily, are solution-oriented, and can build and develop trusting relationships. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are recruiting continuously.
