The Product Development section in Borlänge consists of a multidisciplinary team of mechanical designers, electronics developers, project managers, and measurement engineers. We help our customers develop tomorrow's products and are currently looking for a Project Manager to drive technical projects. We serve companies in the region with product development expertise, and the projects may involve the development of products for the power industry, consumer products, measurement technology products, or mechanical constructions.

You will work on interesting technical projects where you will have overall responsibility for planning, budgeting, resource allocation in the project, steering group presentations, and project delivery to our customers. You will have the opportunity to work on various types of projects from concept studies, feasibility studies, industrialization projects, investment projects to delivery of finished products.

Qualifications

Who are you?  

As a person, you are ambitious, enjoy leading teams towards common goals, and are communicative. You like to take on new challenges, have an easy time connecting with new people, and know how to act to get the team on board.

To succeed in this role, you should have worked as a project manager for a few years and have an interest in technology. Experience with agile methods/processes and/or certification in project management is an advantage but not a requirement  

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, and a B driver's license is desirable as travel to customers around the region occurs, especially Borlänge/Ludvika.
