Framnäsgatan is an LSS residence located in Johanneberg. Here, approximately 7 individuals live in their own apartments. The focus is on individuals with various functional variations who need support in their daily lives.
About the role of Support WorkerAs a support worker, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable daily life with a lot of structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on the assignment plan, maintain a professional and salutogenic approach while also working within the resources and budget of the organization.
Our work is tailored to each individual's conditions and needs, with the starting point being the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for the users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in utilizing their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our working method involves a low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy.
QualificationsVery good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group.
High school education such as child and youth program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.
Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal approach.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Employment ConditionsEmployment Type: Summer job, fixed-term employment Working Hours: 70-100% Working Time: Rotating schedule, day, evening, weekend, and sleeping on-call may occur. Start Date: By agreement, we look positively on if you can start shortly. Collective Agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
