By integrating home care, day activities, short-term care, respite care, and special housing into a common operation, we have a great opportunity to create security by following the individual through their illness.
A project is underway for the residence to be star-rated by the Swedish Dementia Center, expected to be completed by spring 2026.
We are also in the process of moving to new premises and creating a joint center for individuals with cognitive impairment in Tibro in the coming years.
Tibro municipality, with 11,000 inhabitants, is located in the northern part of Västra Götaland County. Here, there is a diverse business community with unique expertise in furniture, interior design, and logistics, as well as a vibrant association life with many prominent athletes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a care assistant with us, you will work with standard tasks based on each person's individual needs and values. You provide support and care to individuals in their daily lives, where the work of strengthening the self-esteem of the individual is central to creating a meaningful, secure, and active everyday life for them.
You will have delegation, work with documentation, and establish implementation plans.
You will actively work based on various quality registers such as BPSD and Senior Alert together with your colleagues.
Through active and courageous teamwork with competent and engaged colleagues, as well as a trusting and committed leadership, you will help drive change.

QUALIFICATIONS
- We are looking for someone who is a care assistant and has completed nursing training, where specialist training in dementia and/or elderly care is an advantage, as well as experience working with individuals with dementia or other types of cognitive impairment.
- You should have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
- A valid B driver's license is desirable.
- Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
To be considered for the position, you need to provide proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. If you are permanently employed as a care assistant, we need to receive a certificate of employment that shows title, employment type, and duration of employment, confirming that you are covered by the transition rules for permanently employed staff as of July 1, 2023.
