In the role of maintenance technician at ITW, you will have a broad technical responsibility for the company's injection molding machines and associated equipment. You will work with planned preventive maintenance, service, and ongoing inspections to ensure stable and efficient production, while quickly troubleshooting and addressing urgent operational disruptions. The work involves mechanical maintenance and repairs where you perform actions yourself and coordinate efforts with external suppliers. A natural part of the role is to be a technical support to production and the tooling department, where you participate in tool changes and are responsible for cleaning and maintaining tools. You will also be responsible for spare parts management, orders, and follow-up, and actively contribute to a safe working method through participation in the company's safety and improvement work. The role is independent and varied with significant personal responsibility.Your profile To succeed in the role of maintenance technician, we believe you have a genuine technical interest and a practical background in mechanical work, such as industrial maintenance, workshops, or working with machines. You are a solution-oriented person who enjoys taking personal responsibility and has the ability to independently prioritize and drive your work forward.
