About the Job

Ikett Personalpartner is now looking for an experienced and versatile metal worker/welder for work both on various construction sites and in the workshop in Kristianstad.

Do you enjoy practical work within steel and construction where no day is the same? Then this could be the job for you!

In this role, you will primarily work with metal construction, where welding and assembly of steel structures take place at the customer's site, such as the installation of beams, railings, stairs, and other steel details. The work also includes welding according to drawings as well as adjustment and assembly on-site.

In addition to fieldwork, regular workshop tasks such as manufacturing steel structures, welding, cutting, drilling, and processing in a workshop environment are also included.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours. Start date is negotiable.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a metal worker and/or welder, preferably from work in construction or industrial environments.

You have good knowledge of several welding methods and are used to working with metal construction, both in the workshop and on construction sites. The tasks may include manufacturing and assembly of steel structures, where precision and quality are of great importance.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have good experience in reading technical drawings, especially construction and assembly drawings within steel and construction.

You enjoy physically demanding work and have no problem working practically under varying conditions.
You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
You can work both independently and in a team.
A B driver's license is required.
