This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site with the client in Malmö.

Working hours: Daytime 06:00-14:06 or evening 14:00-21:56
Employment type: Temporary 6 months with a chance of extension

The business is characterized by high quality, safety, and a strong focus on innovation. The factory in Malmö is a modern production environment where competence and development are at the center.

About the job as a machine operator

As a machine operator, you will work in production with responsibility for the daily operations in the department. Your tasks include:

• Monitoring, adjusting, and simple troubleshooting of production machines
• Mixing raw materials and producing paint according to recipes and instructions
• Filling paint into IBC containers
• Batching and monitoring reactors
• Driving forklifts for paint containers and materials within production
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure quality, safety, and an efficient flow

You actively contribute to ensuring that the machines reach their full capacity and that production interruptions are minimized.

Requirements for the position

• Forklift license A1-A4 and B1-B4
• Previous experience in industrial production
• Complete high school diploma
• Driver's license B and access to a car
• Good physical condition
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Previous warehouse experience

Good experience with forklift driving in a production environment
