Bergs Slussar is one of Östergötland's largest tourist attractions, and every summer the area is visited by thousands of families and tourists. We operate Elbilslandet and two popular ice cream kiosks in the area and are now looking for two responsible and driven individuals who want to take on greater responsibility in the business during the summer season.

About the position

You will actively work according to a schedule in both the ice cream kiosks and at Elbilslandet, while also having an expanded responsibility for daily operations. The role is practical, operational, and requires independence.

Job responsibilities

• Active work in the business (sales, service, operations)
• 
  
• Daily checks of all units according to a prepared checklist
• 
  
• Ensure that the operations are well-maintained, clean, and inviting
• 
  
• Point out and follow up on deficiencies in operations, order, or staffing
• 
  
• Provide support to other staff in daily work
• 
  
• Make independent decisions as needed during shifts

Previous experience in service, kiosks, cafes, stores, or similar responsibilities is a plus, but personal qualities are the most important.
