Västervik City Hotel is centrally located in the archipelago town of Västervik, just 100 meters from the sea and Västervik's promenade. With its 102 rooms, Västervik City Hotel is the largest hotel in the city. We are a full-service hotel offering everything under one roof!

We are looking for a Junior Chef at Västervik City Hotel!

As a Junior Chef with us, you will:

• Receive guidance from experienced chefs and develop your skills in the kitchen.
• Participate in the preparation and cooking of both à la carte, buffet & conference lunch.
• Learn about ingredients, cooking techniques, and work routines in a professional kitchen.
• Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at the beginning of their career as a chef and has a passion for cooking.
• Is curious, eager for knowledge, and wants to grow in the profession.
• Has an eye for detail and enjoys keeping order and structure.
• Is responsible and takes initiative when needed.
• Thrives in a team environment and spreads positive energy in the kitchen.

The position is primarily a permanent employment at 75%. We apply a probationary period of 6 months. We of course have a collective agreement.
