Hotel Skansen is located on Öland in Färjestaden just after the bridge. We have 78 hotel rooms, several conference rooms, a banquet hall, and a spa.

In recent years, we have made many investments and we are not done yet. We want to be the obvious choice on Öland.

In our restaurant, our guests should be able to relax, enjoy good food, drink something nice, and have fun. We want quality without being a star restaurant. We can proudly boast that we have one of the world's largest whisky bars, which will give you a unique opportunity to learn a lot.

Our kitchen serves classic well-known dishes with a modern touch while also having fun surprising with something different from time to time.

We are now looking for you who want to work a summer job/season here on Öland.

If you are a cheerful person who loves meeting people, you are exactly who we are looking for. As a waitress/waiter in our restaurant, you are always the face of the establishment and work continuously to provide our guests with fantastic service and an overall experience, while also contributing to the team spirit here at Hotel Skansen!

You have a contagious smile and an interest in providing our guests with the best possible service.

You can easily gain an overview and have the ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations.

You have a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.

If you are already trained and/or have experience in the profession, we see it as a bonus.

The position involves evening and weekend work.

So, are you ready to run a marathon with a smile on your face? If so, we are ready for you! With us, you will gain experience in lunch service, à la carte service, bar, as well as events and weddings.

No day is the same.

The seasonal positions run from May/June to August/September. The positions will have different start and end dates. There will also be opportunities to start working weekends during the spring.

Interviews will be conducted continuously, and the positions may be filled before the application deadline.
