Some of our main representatives and those with a significant responsibility for creating added value at the destinations are our Reception Managers – and we now want to add a new colleague to our team.

Responsibilities

As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of the reception and shop at First Camp Stensö.

• Provide a professional reception and ensure a high level of service for both customers and employees.
• Actively participate in B2B sales, including identifying and processing new corporate clients.
• In the role of Reception Manager, you will also support the Destination Manager in ongoing communication with both staff and colleagues, administration, customer management, and sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and create tailored solutions for corporate clients.
• Follow up and report on sales results and customer satisfaction.
• Training of seasonal staff.

In line with creating added value for each other and our customers, everyone working at the destinations should be able to pitch in where needed, which means that as a Reception Manager, you may need to assist with all tasks present at the destination.

The position includes shared responsibility for on-call duties and work during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

To fit into the role of Reception Manager, you need to be someone who is driven by providing excellent service. You are a clear administrator, capable of prioritizing and distributing work, and are communicative and outgoing. Since the role is very varied, you need to be an unpretentious person with a clear solution focus who is willing to jump in where needed. Finally, you need to be able to drive clear leadership and have the ability to create cohesion within a group.

We prefer that you have further education in tourism, trade, or service, but it is not a requirement. However, you must have experience in reception work and excellent references from customer management. The job requires that you have very good general IT skills and have previously worked in booking systems. A requirement is also that you communicate very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English; German is a significant plus.

Finally, it is advantageous if you have experience in camping and leadership.

Conditions

The position is full-time and is covered by a collective agreement. Salary and conditions according to agreement.
