Isolamin AB, established in 1973 and part of the Part Group, is a stable industrial company based in Överkalix. With a state-of-the-art production facility of 12,000 sqm, we deliver prefabricated residential and hotel modules as well as customized solutions within sandwich elements – always with a focus on quality, innovation, and technical development.

As a team leader with us, you will be an important link between production and planning. You will have the chance to influence, develop, and contribute to a well-functioning and future-oriented production.

About the role

As a team leader, you will play a key role in leading and structuring the daily work in production. You are responsible for ensuring that tasks are distributed efficiently, that materials are available on time, and that production maintains both pace and quality. You will work closely with the site manager, production manager, and other functions within the company.

We are looking for someone with a technical background and a genuine interest in technology and production. You may be newly educated, self-taught, or have previous experience – what matters is that you have the right foundational prerequisites, drive, and personal qualities. With the right attitude, you will have the opportunity to grow into the role and eventually develop further within the company and the group.
