About the position

As a painter, you will work with all steps in the painting process, such as sanding, priming, masking, painting, and polishing collision and paint-damaged cars in larger volumes. You will work alongside seven other employees in the paint shop but will be part of a larger collision repair department with about 25 employees who have different functions but work together to make our customers exceptionally satisfied.

The collision repair shop is authorized within the Volkswagen Group's quality system for safe and professional vehicle repairs. When a customer brings their car to us, it is restored to its original condition. You will perform your tasks independently but will be part of the shared workflows of the collision repair shop, and we believe you thrive with high expectations for quality and efficiency. Your qualifications

• Experience working as a painter
• Driver's license B
• High school education with a focus on bodywork and painting, or other experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• Good computer and system skills are required as you will work daily in various systems and with a computer as a work tool

You are used to collaborating with others and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction or to help a colleague when needed. You are structured and see the benefits of working meticulously and take responsibility for ensuring that your tasks are completed according to plan and with high quality. More about the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment, and we apply a six-month probation period.
