About the role In the role of Transport & Supply Chain Planner, you will work with various tasks within Transport and Supply Chain Management. Together with the team, you will strengthen, follow up, and improve the performances from transport suppliers, external distribution centers, as well as finding unexplored areas of improvement.
Other tasks:
Assist and support operational activities, e.g., spot requests, finding capacity, freight booking.
Manage inventory levels for our Distribution Centers (DC) in Europe.
Support to DCs and sales organization regarding supply chain questions.
Participate and support in projects managed by Global Logistics.
Administrate procurement and transport booking systems.
Attest and control transport supplier invoices.
The position is temporary (24 months) with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. You will be located at our office in Umeå and have the possibility to work 2 days/week from home.
Your profile A University degree (BSc) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or relevant work experience within the field. It is meritorious if you have worked in an international environment and have experience from the ERP system Movex or equivalent. You have strong analytical skills and good MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Since you in this role will collaborate with different stakeholders both internal and external, it is important that you have good communication skills. As we operate globally, you must be able to communicate fluently in English both in speech and in writing.
