We are now looking for two Production Controllers who want to work with us this summer!

At Martin & Servera, we deliver food and beverages to restaurants, cafes, and large kitchens all over Sweden.

As a production controller, you will manage the order flow to production and optimize the daily management of the entire operation. In the inventory management system (Astro), you will follow production and see where the needs are, hour by hour. Your work is important as it affects others in the flow. In the role of production controller, some customer contact is also included, e.g., customers are contacted in case of deviations to ensure that their needs are met. There is also other administration such as inventory location moves, orders, and statistics management.

It is important that you are meticulous and ensure that things are done in the right order. You enjoy numbers and solving problems as well as finding efficient solutions, both in the systems and in practical everyday life. Since your work has a significant impact on the whole, it is important that you have a high sense of service and enjoy collaborating. This requires that deadlines are met and that you organize your work efficiently. We expect you to love providing service to both customers and colleagues and not be afraid to develop and refine the work to achieve smooth and effective solutions.

• You have at least a high school diploma. If you also have ongoing university education or equivalent, it is an advantage.
• You show a strong interest in the logistics flow.
• You have knowledge of Excel and Word.
• It is an advantage if you have previously worked with administration or similar tasks.

Working hours: Monday-Friday. We are looking for one employee for daytime and one for evening shifts.
