We are now looking for more people to join our team of drivers in Transport Service Vehicles / Multi-vehicles in Umeå. We are looking for both full-time and part-time workers.

A multi-vehicle is a minibus with the ability to, for example, transport passengers seated in wheelchairs. Our multi-vehicles can be driven with a B driving license. However, you must have a taxi license. As a driver in a multi-vehicle, you primarily perform wheelchair transports, but also stretcher transports, transport services, school trips, and medical trips, and sometimes even regular taxi rides.

The positions have a start date as soon as possible. Before the start of employment, training in the company's routines and equipment will be conducted.

We primarily welcome applicants who already hold a taxi license, but we also accept applicants who are interested in obtaining a taxi license if you seem like the right person for the organization. For those who do not have a taxi license, we can offer assistance with studies to obtain the taxi license (study materials, etc.). We also cover the costs of obtaining the taxi license (exam fees, medical examination, etc.).

Driving a taxi with us is primarily about providing good service, and it is a great advantage if you enjoy meeting customers and are socially inclined. You will have customer contact on every trip, and you play an important role in the daily lives of those who use our services.

Being a premium brand is also reflected in our excellent reputation among customers and drivers. Currently, our drivers have a customer rating of 4.7 out of 5 when rated by customers. Maintaining a high standard and quality means that we have a strong customer base and many trips. We consider it a requirement that you possess the following qualities and skills:

- 20 years old (legal requirement) and hold a B driving license

Your tasks as a taxi driver will be to perform trips for Min Taxi's customers in Umeå and surrounding municipalities, and to provide our customers with excellent service in the best possible way. Being a taxi driver is a highly service-oriented profession with a lot of customer contact. It is easy to think that taxi driving is about transporting people to/from bars on weekend nights, as this is often what individuals associate with taxis. Driving a taxi with us is primarily about providing community-funded transport on weekdays. This includes medical trips for regions, school trips, and transport services for municipalities. But also a number of business trips for corporate clients. You will constantly be working with people and often be a key part of their daily lives to get to/from healthcare facilities, schools, work, etc.

We cover a large geographical area and operate in many parts of Norrland. For example, we have vehicles stationed in Boden, Kalix, Luleå, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Sollefteå, Vindeln, Vännäs, Umeå, and Örnsköldsvik municipalities. It is not uncommon for us to have many longer trips across municipal borders and large parts of Norrland. Currently, we have about 150 vehicles and approximately 250 employed drivers.

In addition to performing trips and taking care of our customers, it is part of your job to keep the vehicles you drive clean and well-maintained.

The company has a collective agreement, and salary is paid in accordance with the collective agreement. Work in multi-vehicles is compensated according to the following model.

New driver without experience in the profession

Per month: 27753 (166.78 SEK/h)

2 years of experience in the profession

Per month: 28594 (171.84 SEK/h)

4 years of experience in the profession

Per month: 29071 SEK (174.71 SEK/h)

6 years of experience in the profession

Per month: 29171 SEK (175.31 SEK/h)

OB = 31.58 SEK/h

Quality-OB = 52.79 SEK/h
