We are looking for a colleague for the night shift at Forsgården in Forsheda Special Housing.

Forsgården is a residence with a unit for dementia and one for Regular relief/short-term care. There are 17 residents here, and two colleagues are responsible for these residences at night. You will also collaborate with the night team at Soläng. The night shift is also responsible for representative roles and may involve attending training during the day. The scheduled working hours are from 21:50 to 06:50.

Job Responsibilities

To provide care and service centered around the needs of the residents according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the residents' integrity, participation, and self-determination. The job responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

Qualifications

Care and nursing program or other education that provides nursing assistant competence and good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We strive for a balanced gender distribution and welcome male applicants.

Conditions

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title, and to be eligible as a nursing assistant, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare must be submitted.
