You belong to the infrastructure department and are part of the Operations and Service unit, which is divided into the groups park, service, and operations. Within the unit, there is a broad and diverse staff group consisting of team leaders, machine operators, park staff, property technicians, operations technicians, traffic technicians, parking attendants, as well as the municipality's workshop and car pool.

The Position

The position is a supervisory role as an operations technician, which means you combine operational work as an operations technician with the responsibility of leading and coordinating a team of operations technicians. You have supervisory responsibility and lead, distribute, and follow up on the daily work within the operation and maintenance of the municipality's properties. The role also includes planning, prioritizing, and efficient resource allocation.

You will work closely with both employees and other functions within the municipality. The role requires technical expertise in property technology, clear and present leadership, as well as good structure, service orientation, and the ability to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

As a supervisory operations technician, you are part of the property group and work together with other staff to ensure that the municipality's properties function well for the operations that utilize them. You also work operationally as an operations technician while leading and supporting the workgroup in daily tasks.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

Supervision of operations technicians, including planning, prioritizing, and following up on tasks
Overall property maintenance as well as operation, maintenance, and supervision of the properties' technical systems.
Repairs as well as troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Ordering services and materials
Active work with energy optimization and monitoring of energy use
Work with the properties' control and regulation systems
Systematic fire protection work (SBA)
Ongoing contacts with operations that utilize the premises

In this role, you are an important link between property management and operations. You are responsible for maintaining a high level of service and good quality in delivery. You also actively work to develop and utilize digital working methods, such as case management systems, and contribute to the continued development of the operation based on changing needs and conditions.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

Has a high school diploma as a requirement
Higher vocational education or other specialized training in property technology is an advantage
Has experience in a supervisory position or similar that the employer assesses as equivalent
Has relevant education or equivalent experience in property technology or a related field
Has good technical understanding and interest in digitalization
Is accustomed to working in digital systems and using a computer as a working tool
Has a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
Holds a B driver's license
