Göinge Bil Invest Group consists of three different branches: Göinge Bil Passenger Cars, Göinge Bil Trucks, and our Toyota companies.

Our 14 facilities are spread across Skåne and Kronoberg counties, and the entire group has about 250 employees and generates approximately 2 billion SEK in revenue. The companies are dealers with associated workshop authorization for Renault and Toyota passenger and commercial vehicles, Dacia, Lexus, XPENG, BYD commercial vehicles, and Volvo Trucks. Our workshops also service other brands, and through collaboration with Däckteam, we take care of everything related to tires. Furthermore, we offer rental cars through Hertz and have facilities for refueling, washing, and charging in several locations. Göinge Bil strives to provide the best possible service and availability that our customers can expect from their vehicles and continuously works towards the highest goals regarding quality, safety, and the environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a tire changer, you will primarily work with changing tires, and you will also assist with any customer inquiries and possibly some handling of the tire hotel. Our goal is for all customers who come here to receive a friendly and professional reception and leave satisfied with the quality of the work performed. We can only achieve this through employees who enjoy their work and like to provide service to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone with previous experience, but you do not need any specific prior knowledge as we will train you on-site. However, you should have good skills with tools and machines and preferably a genuine interest in cars. A driver's license (B) is required. To succeed in this role, you need to be willing to work, stress-resistant, meticulous, and physically strong as heavy lifting is involved. As a person, you are a team player, confident, flexible, and helpful. You always strive to exceed customer expectations and see service as a natural part of your work. It is important for you to contribute to a good atmosphere and camaraderie with your colleagues at the workplace.

OTHER

The position runs from mid-March for about 1.5 months. This is a seasonal position, and hiring will take place by agreement. We process applications continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
