Cleaning & Facility Management 75% (GRO36, Jönköping)

GRO36 (Business Center) is now looking for a person for 75% focusing on cleaning and basic maintenance in our premises – to create a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment.

About the role:

You will be responsible for ensuring that the premises at GRO36 maintain a high standard and that daily operations run smoothly. The work is both independent and service-oriented – you see what needs to be done, take initiative, and have a good attitude towards members and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of common areas (entrances, kitchens/pantry, restrooms, changing rooms, gym, meeting areas, corridors, etc.)
• Restocking supplies and maintaining order in the premises
• Basic maintenance: changing light bulbs, minor repairs, adjustments, simple fixes
• Supervision/rounds and reporting of faults, wear and safety issues
• Contact with suppliers/property owners as needed (e.g., reporting issues)
• Purchasing and sometimes minor travel for work (e.g., materials, supplies, minor errands)

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a couple of years of experience in cleaning and/or property services (commercial premises are a plus)
• Is self-motivated, meticulous, and responsible
• Has a service-oriented mindset and enjoys working in a dynamic environment
• Can communicate in Swedish (verbally and in writing) and English

A driver's license (B) is a big plus, as there may be travel related to purchases or other errands.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience from office environments, cleaning, or facility management
• Familiarity with working with checklists/routines and documenting faults/actions
• Practical “handiness” and a good sense of order, details, and quality
