As a substitute, you will replace regular staff during short absences. This means you will perform the tasks included in the regular work at the workplace where you are working.

Are you a confident and flexible person who finds it easy to collaborate? As a substitute, you need to be able to adapt to new situations, as you may work at different workplaces and the working hours can vary.

As a person, you are service-oriented and understand the importance of a good reception. You find it easy to collaborate and can adapt to changes. We believe that diversity, different skills, and experiences contribute to a good working environment.

We conduct selections and hold interviews on an ongoing basis – but the need for new substitutes varies, which means the process can take different amounts of time.

In cleaning services, you contribute to ensuring that our municipal premises are fresh and in good condition. You often work independently, and the tasks mainly consist of cleaning various types of premises. Your colleagues are in the cleaning group, but also among the staff in the operations where you work.

Qualifications

We place importance on personal qualities.

To fit as a substitute, you need to:

• communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• have computer skills

It is an advantage if you:

• have previous experience in the profession
• have a B driver's license and access to a car

For work as a substitute, a criminal record extract is required.
