ProfilHotels. Jönköping City is just outside the door. The central station is a five-minute walk away, and you are close to entertainment, shopping, and other offerings in Jönköping. The Brasserie Sofiehof Kitchen & Bar is located in the hotel. With a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients, sober 1920s-style decor, and relaxed service, Sofiehof has become a popular spot for both hotel guests and locals.

Description

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and has an eye for detail.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the important task of ensuring that the hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and that our guests feel welcome when they enter the hotel and their rooms. The role primarily involves cleaning hotel rooms, as well as corridors and common areas. You and your colleagues contribute to the overall order in the hotel’s premises, handle laundry, and replenish our supplies.

You find joy in cleaning and creating positive experiences for our guests, and you are passionate about providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You have previous experience in cleaning, guest relations, and can communicate in Swedish & English. Previous experience in hotels is an advantage.

Hotel Cleaner - Experience Required

The position is 80% with varying working hours including day and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Staff responsibility within housekeeping
  • Quality assurance of arrival rooms
  • Operational work with cleaning rooms, common areas, etc.
  • Deep cleaning during periods of lower occupancy
  • Ensuring routines, workflows, and high service levels
  • General administrative tasks such as ordering, schedule planning, etc.
  • Be flexible and take responsibility where needed in daily operations
