We are now looking for facility personnel for our operations in Hörle.

About the position

In this role, you will work with a combination of practical work and machine operation. Your tasks will include:

• Hand sorting and processing of electronics and metals
• Receiving and handling materials using work machines such as wheel loaders and material handlers.
• Loading, unloading, and weighing incoming materials
• Forklift driving and working with vehicle scales
• Maintenance of machines, container park, and facility

The work is varied and requires you to switch between different tasks throughout the day.

You will work closely with two colleagues at the facility in Hörle, where you will together be responsible for the daily operations. Your immediate supervisor is based in Jönköping, and the larger team also includes salespeople and administrative staff who are also located in Jönköping.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, and enjoys working both independently and with others. You have experience in practical work, preferably within production, environment, or recycling, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. You are used to working independently, taking your own initiatives, and easily grasping new tasks, such as handling electronics and various machines.

Furthermore, you appreciate variety in your work and have a natural safety mindset, where you also dare to speak up if something doesn’t feel right. We place great importance on you taking responsibility for the whole work process and not just a single task.

Requirements

• Forklift license
• Driving license B (C license is an advantage)
• Experience in machine operation, such as wheel loaders (advantageous)

• We prefer that you live within a reasonable commuting distance
