Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a positive, engaged, and flexible cleaner to join our team where service, collaboration, and results are in focus. We offer an important job that contributes to increased satisfaction among our customers, where service delivery maintains good quality, leading to high customer satisfaction. Being flexible and enjoying variety is a given since our daily work can change, and new assignments may arise at short notice.
The job includes cleaning offices, stairwells, and entrance areas, as well as tasks such as emptying office waste, window cleaning, and keeping cleaning carts and scrub machines clean. Previous experience in cleaning and a driver's license are desirable but not mandatory.
About the Unit
At our site Atlas Copco Tierp, located between Gävle and Uppsala, we are 5 employees who together keep Atlas's premises clean and fresh. We work both independently and in groups. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. Our working hours are between 06:00 and 15:00 depending on which area you are working in for the day.
Since we work in a factory and care about each other's health and safety, you will need to go through their safety protocols.

Who are you?
- You are over 18 years old
- If you have an SRY vocational certificate or similar training such as PRYL or equivalent, it is a plus
- With your positivity, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service throughout the day
- Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are a given
- You see your importance in satisfied customers, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating
- You can take your own initiative and are flexible in your professional role
- You enjoy planning and structuring your work to be efficient
- You speak Swedish
- A driver's license is an advantage
