MIAB is looking for cleaners to work in the energy sector during maintenance periods in the operations. In the role of a cleaner, you will plan, execute, follow up, and ensure the quality of cleaning in the assigned area during ongoing maintenance work in the operations. The cleaner role involves customer contact, which places high demands on the sense of service with care, which is also MIAB's guiding principle.

The client operates a business that runs 24 hours a day, so it will be required that you have the ability to work both days, evenings, and nights. This means a rotating shift schedule.

The Swedish language is a requirement, with the ability to speak, read, and communicate in simple language.

The scope of the first maintenance work starts in week 10 and ends in week 14, with additional maintenance work planned, which may provide further opportunities to work during these periods.

About you

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You find it easy to work both individually and in a group. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning. SRY or equivalent education is an advantage.

Requirement: 1 – 2 years of experience

Languages

Swedish (required), English (advantageous)

Competencies

Professional certificate SRY or Professional certificate PRYL (advantageous)

Experience working in security-sensitive areas (advantageous)

What does security clearance mean?

The client's operations are a security-sensitive area, and when working in such a place, one must undergo a security clearance before employment begins.

A security clearance consists of several steps:

You need to submit certificates that verify what you have done in the last five years and provide two references.

Security interview. During the security interview, we will look at what you have done in the last five years, your financial situation, your family situation, and other relevant aspects for a security-classified job.

As a final step in the security clearance, a background check will be sent. It is the Security Police (SÄPO) that conducts background checks on individuals placed in security classifications in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
