We are now looking for an engaged and confident Housekeeper/Housekeeping Supervisor for our cleaning department, one of the facility's most important functions. About the role

As Housekeeper/Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for planning, leading, and ensuring the quality of the daily cleaning operations. You ensure that our hotel rooms, conference facilities, and common areas maintain the high standard our guests expect. You work closely with the team in everyday operations and are a key person for both employees and the business. The role involves both practical work and administrative tasks.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of daily cleaning tasks
• Supervision and support for the cleaning team
• Scheduling and staffing planning
• Onboarding of new employees and temporary staff
• Quality control and follow-up
• Approval of reported hours
• Active participation in daily cleaning tasks when needed

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience from the hotel industry who thrives in a role where you take responsibility, create structure, and lead others with positive and present leadership. You are confident in prioritizing and making decisions even when the pace is fast, while keeping an eye on details and quality. At Nova Park, teamwork and attitude are just as important as experience.

We believe you:

• Have experience from hotels and housekeeping
• Have previous experience in supervision and personnel responsibility
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious
• Are communicative and good at motivating others
• Enjoy both administrative and practical work
• Have good computer skills
• Speak and write Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of English

Additional language skills are meritorious.

Other details

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probation period. Start date is by agreement. The employment percentage is between 75-100% depending on your preferences and agreement.

Working hours are usually weekdays from 07:00-16:00. Weekend work may occur as needed, and occasional evening shifts may be required.

Requirements

• Experience from the hotel industry
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Good computer skills

Meritorious

• Experience in personnel responsibility
• Experience from a similar role in housekeeping supervision
• Knowledge of languages other than Swedish and English
