JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a cleaner who wants to be part of our wonderful team and join us on our journey to become the best in Sweden at cleaning. Are you a person who thrives in close collaboration with others, sees opportunities where others see problems, and spreads joy through your positive attitude? Then this could be the role for you!

With us, you will have a flexible job with significant responsibility and daily contact with our customers. You will be responsible for cleaning in places like sports facilities, offices, schools, and preschools, and when needed, participate in deep cleaning of the municipality's other properties. The work is physical, and we expect you to be in good shape and appreciate an active workday. You will also be part of a team that constantly strives to improve both its working methods and its environment. We hope you want to be a driving force and a role model in our change journey.

Your work contributes to creating clean and pleasant indoor environments for our customers. In addition to daily cleaning, tasks include documenting floor care and deep cleaning, performing self-checks, ordering materials according to agreements, and carrying out simple troubleshooting of machines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Here you will become part of a close-knit team that works together to create a sustainable and well-functioning everyday life for all residents of Enköping. We are looking for someone with experience in physical work within the cleaning profession, preferably with training such as SRY or PRYL and accustomed to working with digital tools. Requirements for the position include having a B driver's license, being at least 18 years old, and having good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

However, it is not just what you can do that matters; it is how you do it. We are looking for a self-driven and responsible person who sees opportunities in change and thrives in a role where you can inspire others. With your attentiveness, flexibility, and problem-solving skills, you create positive relationships and contribute to a work environment where everyone can grow.
