Roof and facade technician wanted at La Takvård Västernorrland

As we enter the peak season, we are looking for more employees to join our team at La Takvård Västernorrland.

We specialize in professional cleaning and maintenance of roofs and facades. Our work is carried out without high-pressure washing and with gentle methods and adapted tools to ensure long durability and good quality.

Job Responsibilities

The position includes, among other things:

• Cleaning roofs and facades from moss, algae, and lichen
• Treatment with environmentally friendly pesticides
• Emptying gutters
• Replacing broken roof tiles
• Cleaning and disposal of waste after completed work

The work is done in teams of two. You will be based in Västernorrland and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. The position involves working at heights.

Qualifications

• Requirements:
• Driving license B (manual transmission)

Meritorious:

• Fall protection training
• Experience working on roofs and/or facades
• Experience in physical outdoor work
